Meet Lexi!

At Braden Kramer Foundation, Super Heroes are the children who have been diagnosed with cancer. The activities they like to do for fun are just like any other child. Children with cancer hope for the same things that healthy children hope for—they aspire for a happy life that may involve starring in musicals and just spending time with friends and family. But cancer tries to get in the way.

Regardless of circumstances, pediatric cancer patients push through which is why they are our super heroes!

Lexi was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma on May 5th of 2017. It is a rare cancer that typically involves the bones or the soft tissues surrounding the bones. It often targets the legs, pelvis, ribs, arms or spine. Ewing sarcoma can spread to the lungs, bones and bone marrow.

Lexi is 20 years old and has completed 6 months of chemo, 6 weeks of radiation to the tumor and whole lung radiation. She enjoys viewing and participating in musicals. Lexi loves to watch movies and play board games with her family and friends! She has been very strong and optimistic through this whole process!

  • She has been in remission status since April 2018 🙌🏾
